The room was elegant and immaculate. the location was marvelous, on the platform upon arrival with a good view.

Magnificent and lovely location by the short distance to the shopping street, and only about 15 minutes' walk to Beijing centre. Large room with a tablet, beautiful furniture and bedroom.

the peninsula exceeded our expectations during our recent celebrations in beijing. from the amazing room with futuristic technology to the exceptional service that anticipated our every wish, everything was exceptional. the hotel went above and beyond to make our daughter's birthday special, with a delicious cake, balloons, and her favorite song playing. we will always choose peninsula hotels whenever possible.

Position of the hotel and pick up service rom the airport was impeccible.

Non quite to the luxury standard of the bangkok or Hong Kong hotels. Not a complaint, just an observation.

We enjoyed dining at both of the hotel's fantastic restaurants, with a great breakfast selection and top-notch food quality. The room we stayed in was spacious and equipped with the latest technology, allowing us to easily control all aspects of the room with a tablet. The bathroom was luxurious and stocked with every amenity you could think of. The hotel's service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made us feel right at home.

Rooms are a bit small and squeezy

This hotel will request a high guarantee on your credit card. The amount withholded exceeds largely the price of the stay. This policy (which seemingly becomes more and more fashion in big hotels) is unacceptable as this makes credit cards, for frequent travellers who have many short stays in different hotels, totaly useless for any other kind of expense as it takes several days after check-out to have the guarantee removed from the card.

The hotel is conveniently located within an easy walk to the bustling Wangfujing area, perfect for both work and leisure. The luxurious rooms are beautifully done and equipped with modern amenities and electronic controls. The impeccable service and attention to detail by the well-trained staff make for a memorable stay. Guests are treated like celebrities, with personalized touches such as birthday surprises and helpful assistance in organizing day trips and transportation. The hotel provides a serene oasis in the midst of a busy town, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable experience.

The buffet breakfast selection could be improved.

Sauna temperature, slightly disappointing.

Excellent central location, close to subway and attractions. Great pool and gym facilities. Beautiful airport pick-up in a new Mercedes. Superb, clean, modern room with comfortable bed and pillows. Fantastic staff and outstanding breakfast choices. Quality room technology and fast elevators.

The hotel is strategically located with high end shops in the vicinity.

I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet served at Jing restaurant so I decided to stick to the club lounge.

Food was not at par wt other Pen Hotels

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The attention to detail was impeccable, from the luxurious furnishings to the friendly and welcoming staff. The location was also fantastic, situated in a very luxury retail area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, including a tablet for movies and a comfortable seating area. Plus, the breakfast included in our rate was delicious and gave us a great start to the day.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.
